(1) 12 HP "ISO30" Type ATC spindle, variable spindle speed from 6,000 - 18,000 RPM, 10-station side mounted tool carousel. All axes ride on THK linear guide ways, closed-loop AC Servo motors drive, precision preloaded ball screws for positioning tolerances of 0.001" & 2,500 IPM rapid traverse rates. - Automatic lubrication system to service all ball screw & way bearings. GE/FANUC "210I" Control with: 10.4" High resolution color CRT, (3) axes simultaneous control, linear & circular interpolation, network compatible, RS-232 port, and hand held controller. Features: Background editing, self-diagnostics, high speed, high precision machining function, canned cycles, absolute & incremental programming, inch/metric capability, cutter & tool length compensation, and feed rate & spindle speed override.
