(11) pop-up pins for part location within the table & (3) around the table perimeter for nested base manufacturing. 15 HP HSK-63F Type grease lubricated spindle, 1,000 - 24,000 RPM, WITH C-axis ATC with 10-station tool carousel 9 Spindle L-shape vertical drill block Control and Motion; FANUC "0i" CNC PC front system with PC WINDOWS XP & PLC control; color monitor, large hard disk for program storage, USB and RS-232 interface. Fanuc brushless AC Servo motors. The X-axis is driven by twin synchronous helical rack & pinion drive, and the Y- & Z-axis by precision ground ball screws with anti-lash ball nuts. All axes ride on STAR linear guides & recirculating linear roller bearing's for rapid feed rates up to 3,150 IPM on the X-axis, 2,362 IPM on the Y-axis and 1,181 IPM on Z-axis. Motion components have automatic lubrication system. Includes: 2- Becker 10hp Vacuum pumps. |
