Refund Policy

All machines are sold "As Is - Where Is" and offer no warranty or guaranty to condition, application or specification. We ask you to acknowledge this policy prior to bidding on any item offered through our machines.

Your bid is binding; Please make sure that you’re confident in your decision before making a bid. If you have questions about condition, the machine manager can get you photos but can make no claim on condition or operation. It would be a conflict of interest. Please consult a tech, or see the item in person, for proper detail.

Non-Performance of Winning Bidders; Your bid is binding. If you win, we will expect you to follow through with your purchase. Non-Performance will result in fees being generated to your account, so PLEASE be sure you want to bid on an item, before you place bid.

Fees; Non-performance fees will be automatically charged to the credit card you've placed on file with Paypal, when you registered to bid. Charges will include the sum of ("Buyers Premium" + "Commission of Sale"). Needless to say, we hope this never occurs but Non-Performance, is the ruin of any machine, whether online or in person. PLEASE! Please do not bid on anything you do not intend on following through on!!

Exceptions to Refund Policy; At the discretion of Machinery Associates Inc., and its manager; There may be reasonable facts which warrant a one-time change in our refund policy. If you had an obvious problem which resulted in you not getting a fair deal, please call us and we will do whatever we can to rectify this issue.
