Dodds D25J Dowel Insertion Machine:

Dowel Insertion Machine automatically injects glue and inserts up to six dowels at a time. The D25 is equipped with a new low profile dowel feed hopper, an enclosed glue system with easily removable glue nozzles, dowel insertion heads of brass and aluminum that drive dowels to precise depths and a positive dowel control metering system with straight feed tubes for jam free operation.

The D25 is a doweling machine with 32mm centerlines, is used primarily for doweled drawers and is a perfect match for the Dodds drawer boring machine, Model B15 (See Link Below)

Maximum distance between outside heads: 25" (640mm)

Standard distance between heads: 32mm

Dowel size: 8mm X 25mm

Pneumatics: 90 psi
