Used 2007 Multiscore Model MR-21 Panel Grooving and Rip Saw. 50" capacity, frame is fabricated steel, weighing 4000 lb., 49 long x 70 wide x 56 high. 40 HP Motor, 3500 RPM, 460 Volt, 3 phase. 1 HP feed motor, 1750 RPM, 460 Volt, 3 AC Inverter with gear reducer. 3 15/16 diameter Arbor, 3500 RPM, end supported, vertically adjustable. Three sets of bead board tooling included in this price. FEED SYSTEM PINCH WHEEL SHAFT One pair of infeed and one pair of outfeed pinch roll shafts, powered and adjustable vertically and fore and aft; all pinch roll shafts are solid feed rolls for feeding narrow parts, that are 6 diameter polyurethane covered, driven through a size 60 chain and sprocket system. FEED SYSTEM PRESSURE WHEEL SHAFT: Located ahead of cutting area, powered and adjustable vertically and fore and aft; each shaft has eight (8) wheels that are 6 diameter polyurethane covered; driven through a size 60 chain and sprocket system. FEED SPEED: 0 - 100 FPM variable. SERVICE CONNECTIONS: Electrical One 460 Volt, 3, 52 Amps. Dust Collection One 10 diameter pipe, 3000 CFM .
