Used Cousins Model LP2200A Stretch-Wrapping Machine. can be operated in either automatic or semi-automatic mode; low profile (2-1/4" elevation) designed to be loaded either by forktruck or pallet jack in conjunction with the access ramp (included). 120 v, 15 amp electrical service required. Accepts all commercial stretch films to 1.2 mils thick, 10 inches in roll diameter, up to 20 inches web height. Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) in conjunction with an Operator Interface Panel (OIP). Turntable speed is manually controlled from 0 to 15 rpm by potentiometer inside the control panel. Film carriage elevation speed is manually controlled from minimum stall to maximum speed by potentiometer; separate speed potentiometers for raise and lower speeds. Loading capacity 4,000 pounds turning and 17,000 pounds static; pallets up to 50" square (71" max diagonal) (57"dia. turn table) and 84" overall height. Unit is provided with fork liift pickup channels. Auto load height sensing by photo-eye to automatically detect the top of the load.
