Weinig OCMS measuring stand with a working width of 300 mm/11.8".
The allowable tool dimension of 3" to 11-3/4" head diameter. The measuring stand allows for electronic measuring and indicating of cutter head dimensions with electronic digital readouts; visually establishing the tool measurement, no setting errors, no expensive CNC control.
Magnifier screen viewer with 20:1 magnification; the cutterhead is placed in Powerlock tool post, all the operator does is view the scope and moves the measuring carriage via precision dialing left to right.
