• ATS system for motorized setting of the outside vertical and both top heads from the memory controls
• Up to 500 profile settings can be stored and recalled from memory

spindle configuration: 10 HP bottom, 10 HP right, 10 HP left, 15 HP top, 10 HP top, 20 HP bottom; all spindles are 1-1/2" diameter; 6,800 RPM on all spindles; 5.5 HP inverter controlled variable speed feed 16 to 78 FPM; Cardan drive system; 78" infeed straightening bed; mechanical digital readouts on all spindles; Digiset readouts on left and top spindles; mechanical readouts on chipbreaker and pressure element of top spindle; pneumatically pressurized feed rollers; (2) powered table rollers in machine bed (one between top spindles and one at outfeed); motorized up/down adjustment of feed beam; chrome table plates; central lubrication point; manual waxilit pump; sound & safety enclosure.
