Powerlock HSK -High precision tool grinder for full automatic grinding of staright knives in the cutterheads. Solid spindle carrier with precision guided for concentricity below 0.0002". Programing of of grinding wheel adjustments. Grinding wheel adaptor with cone clamping for quick and precise change over. Tool carrier with indexing motor and indexing plate for knives setting 1-36 pockets. The machine is entirely operated from the front side. Fully programmable panel. Key pad and digital readouts. Fully automated or manual set programing.
Working dimensions: Max. tool length 13" (330 MM), tool diameter 4" (100mm) to 12" (300mm). Clearence angle 15-35 degrees. Powerlock HSK tool mount.
