HASKO HSEM & HSFM End Matcher High Speed Feed Through; Complete with Infeed conveyor, Transfer conveyor, End matcher, Outfeed conveyor and All Tooling Specifications: Working dimensions: The feed thru system allows for continuous feeding of random length parts with any kind of profile. Width cap. 1" x 7"; length cap. 8-1/2" x 12'-0" lengths; 5/16"- 2" max. thickness cap. Feed: Endmatcher with feed speed from 12 - 154 lugs per minute. Infeed powered roller conveyor 12" x 16', feeding singulator wheels for introducing lumber onto 9-strand infeed chain deck for the Endmatcher. Chain deck allows for spacing of boards for singulation between the spacing bars on the infeed deck system feeding the right-hand & left-hand stations. Infeed to tongue cut 19'-4" x 10', Crossover chain 14' x 10' to groove cut. outfeed chain 24'-0". Transport sprockets 50 pitch. Equipped with: Score , trim, and profile Tongue first position and groove second; (3) heads per station all with VFD 5 HP motors at 6,000 RPM. Both the right and left hand processing stations have a scoring, trim and profiling head. Material decks: (1) Auxiliary infeed 8' x 7" ABC for infeed to Tongue unit with 3/4 HP variable speed drive. (1) Auxiliary outfeed conveyor 13'-6" long x 7" wide slider belt with 3/4 HP variable speed drive to be installed behind the groove unit and extends out for grading station.
