Detel M-2H, Line Boring Machine. Double head line boring machine. European style chucks. Bits mount into European style chuck then into spindle. Spindle mounted in head with two sealed ball bearings. 50 total spindles (25 per head), Spindle distance 32mm. Two drill motor 2hp each. Pneumatic movement of boring head via foot pedal. Two pneumatic hold downs that automatically activate when machine is cycled. Grease fittings on drill head. Four flip stops on back fence. Mechanical digital counters for each head position. Ability to use one head at a time if needed(either one). Each head is independently adjustable for drilling depth and stroke speed. Two pneumatic pins for indexing multiple passes. |
