Semi-automatic magazine coil & Strips (1806-1), 3 mm PVC cap. pneumatic guillotine for coil cutoff. Hot melt glue application (1906) 2-Roller pressure section w/electronically controlled and feed speed synchronized drive roll. Single motor end trim (1822), chamfers 0° - 10° (0.22 kW - 9,000 RPM motor, HF - 300 Cy). Top & bottom fine trim (FR 201), for bevels from 0° - 15°; (1 HP (0.6 KW) - 22,000 RPM motor ea., HF - 300 Cy). Top & bottom buffing (1940), 0.3 HP - 1,620 RPM motor ea. Single feed speed 26 FPM (8 MPM).
The machine comes with a tool kit, an assortment of colored glue pucks There is a glue pellet reservoir also inc. It comes with new machines, There is also a bucket of glue for that inc. |
