This is not your usual KSF-2. It has been fully automated with an extremely accurate Thompson lead and linear bearing driven AccuStop 2000. The stop can work like a traditional stop and move or jog to any increment you enter into the keypad. However, and this is the BIG HOWEVER, it can also accept AGS or actual glass size for both width and height as well as number of vertical and horizontal lites and it will automatically calculate the spacing for you. The moldings are cut with three cutter-heads. Two climb cut from the back and one cuts the knoch from the front. Automatic clamp shoes hold moldings in place while cutter-heads pass through the work piece. Features: Variable feed speed (controlled by pneumatic dampeners on the rear and front) Replaceable fence & hold down shoes acts as a backer to prevent tear out. (3) 1.5HP (1.1kW) motors turning 6,600 RPM revolutions. Includes a full set of insert tooling (with set up stand) with part adjustable cutters that can be shimmed to maintain tight joints after tool changes and sharpening.
