Combination machine to cut to length and bore , 3" min and 18" max length, hopper fed square stock 5/8" to 7/8", two boring groups with four spindles each, boring heads arranged at 90, each boring group powered with 1HP 208-230/460 motor, trim saw with 1-1/2"HP 208-230/460 belt frive motor, 8" diameter blade, production rates up to 20 cleats per minute, depending on length, optional counter to stop the machine after reaching a predetermined quantity of cleats.
