2007 Raimann KR 450 M and ValueRip infeed system
THIS IS a Left to Right direction feed unit. Working width: 18" x 4" and 1/4" minimum Saw: KR 450 3M with (3) movable blade. Working dimension up to 18-1/4" width. Positioning system, including geared motor, for continuous adjustment of (3) moving saw blade and (1) fixed; Minimum board length 48". Arbor: "QUICK FIX" arbor for fast changeovers. diameter 3-1/8" hydraulic set up for saw change. Saw dia. 10" to 14-7/8". Feed: High Speed up to 264 FPM., with 3.8 HP motor. Adjustable fence. Motor: 100 HP V belt drive; with cutting shaft set at 4,200 RPM. (4) sets of antikickback protection. 2/2 FRONT AND BACK. Chain: Automatic mist oiler, rubber inserts every 3rd row. Manuals included with spacers and saws as shown. Infeed: VALURIP IV with points of width measurement, industrial PC, scancore optimizing tally software and automatic position of fence to cut solution. Singulator chain deck works in tandem with fence positioning. And working dimensions from 4'0" to 20'0" in length. Special positioning fence oversized to accept material of 30" wide. Laser cameras for board measuring. Note: Machine has been decommissioned and packaged for immediate shipment.
