Used Fladder 300/AUT 1000 39â€ wide capacity through-feed denibbing sander. Machine consists of 6 rotating brush backed sanding heads joined to a revolving hub producing a generally random scratch pattern on the material and reducing standing fibers (nibs) prior to stain and sealer. Brush sanding also produces a slightly rounded or softened edge on sharp outside edges which reduces rework from sand-throughs at sealer sanding. Includes vacuum feed mat for better holding of smaller parts. Maximum thickness 4â€. Note: Machine has been converted to hydraulic motors and is more suitable for a Plain shop operating on hydraulic power.
