GREAT MACHINE IN VERY GOOD CONDITION. THROUGH FEED PRESS OF WELL KNOWN BRAND.
Platen: Dimensions: 126" x 63" with side load of 126". Press opening: 11.9". Solid steel platens CNC milled. Max. platen temperature 248° F. Boiler resistance power 36kW. Upper platen covered in glue resistance mylar covering. Upstroke movement of lower platen. Self lubricating side guides and rack and pinion to maintain parallity. Electrical resistance thermal oil boiler complete with circulation pump, expansion tank and digital controls. Cylinder stroke: 11.9"; with (8) press cylinders with total press amount of 176 US tons. 4.5 HP hydraulic pump. Infeed/outfeed: Fully motorized loading and unloading of platens. Motorized layup/infeed belt at infeed of press with foot pedal control. Fully motorized unloading belt installed in the press. Gravity skate wheeled outfeed unit for finished batch unloading. Controls: TS 500 Touch Screen graphics controller. Memory for 200 programs containing different pressing dimensions, laminating pressure cycles and platen temps. Automatic press calculations and the automatic selection as to number of press cylinders required. Digital platen temperature control. Digital pressing timer with automatic opening and closing of press time.
Includes: VDM/16-16 Motorized Disc Conveyor receives the glued panels from the glue spreader a delivers to the layup station. A pair of photo eyes are used to stage parts on the conveyor until activated to move into position. Width 63". minimal panel dimension 11.9" x 11.9" . 0.5 HP motor drive. Stainless steel disc rollers running in water bath. water bath with drain. CM-160 Panel indexing system is designed to handle panels from the motorized disc rollers and assists the operator in laying down the panels on the bottom face with out having to lift the panels.
