Great machine for window and door manufacturing with heavy HP, long infeed table, additional R/L vertical spindles and digital readouts.
Spindle configuration: B-R-L-T-T-B-R/L Opposing Working dimensions: 4-3/4" x 9-1/16" capacity. Motors: B-24 HP, R-12 HP, L-12 HP, T-24 HP , T-24 HP, B-24 HP and R/L opposing 12 HP each.. Spindles: Horizontal spindles 48 mm dia.; Vertical spindles 37 mm at 6,000 RPM. Mechanical digital readouts for all spindles. Feed: 4 HP variable speed feed 18 to 95 FPM; pneumatic pressure on all feed wheels; Short stock attachment. Infeed/Tables: 8'0'" infeed straightening bed, side pressure roller at infeed, central lubrication, manual table lubrication pump. Manuals and some tooing.
