Easy set up for anyone in the shop to walk up to the machine and create a finished S4S workpiece.
The WEINIG Cube Plus is compact and fits just about anywhere being only 150" long and 66" tall. It’s simple to use featuring a 10" touchscreen with big, clear buttons at the infeed that lets you enter your finished dimensions and chip removal settings. The machine does the rest by auto-adjusting the spindles, infeed table, and fences. Plus, a laser system projects the cut lines onto the board before you start, so you can double-check everything and avoid mistakes. It handles a wide range of sizes from thin strips to big beams. The EasyLock knife change system allows you to just swap the knife while leaving the cutterhead in place. It can even take spiral cutterheads if you want. Working dimensions 10.25" Wide x 6.5" High Motors: Bottom 10 HP, right/left 15 HP and Top 10 HP. Feed 4.5 HP with Feed speed up to 55 FPM. Tooling: Optional Terminus or spiral type cutters can would on this machine. Tooling inserts for terminus heads can be sawapped easily without removing the tool.mo CNC: Touch sreen laser settings dimensionally for accurate piece dimensioning. laser window positions to actual dimension required. Window shows additionally if piece dimension can be yield the required finished workpiece. Twist and bow iregularites can be worked out in the laser solution for maximum material recovery!
