Machine Description: Motorized Pressure Beam PREMILL STATION: The Premill Station comes standard with (2) compression diamond tipped milling heads. GLUE STATION: To ensure a precisely metered glue application on the edge of the panel, heavy-duty, non-stick coated, glue pot comes with an independent variable-speed drive. Thermostat and timer controlled Hot Air Blower Tunnel on the tape feed guide for heating 3mm edge banding to remove the “memory” of the roll and making the edge banding pliable. 4-ROLLER PRESSURE STATION END TRIM STATION: (2) high frequency end trim motors sit in a secure machined way with manual locking devices ensuring an accurate vibration free end trim with a high quality cut on both thin and thick edges of banding. Precision linear prismatic bearing guides ensure a flawless end trim. ¨ Both motors can be independently tilted from a 0° to 15° bevel. ROUGH / SUPER FINISH TRIM STATION: For 0.5 to 1 mm edge banding, the 1st Top and Bottom Trim Station with PQC is used as the Finishing Station. When machining 2 or 3 mm edge banding this station is used as a Rough Trim Station and is adjusted and set to remove 95%-to-98% of the edge banding’s top and bottom edge giving a higher quality and more accurate edge for the 2nd Top and Bottom Profiling Super Finish Station. This station comes standard with (2) 6-tooth straight diamond cutters. SUPER FINISH TRIM STATION / PROFILING STATION for 2MM to 3MM EDGEBANDING : When machining 2mm to 3mm edge banding this 2nd top and bottom super / profiling station with PQC is used as the final finish station giving a high quality and accurate profiled edge. This station comes standard with (2) 6-tooth combination profiled/beveled diamond cutters. Both above mentioned stations can be tilted any angle between 90 and 45 degrees to accommodate any required combination cutters. CORNER ROUNDING STATION: (2) high frequency motors with radius tooling are used for trimming straight, chamfered, bull-nosed and post formed panels. Can be used at 12 and 16m Per Minute Pneumatically Controlled Radius and Flat Scrap Stations Buffing, and Hot Air Blowers to return Gloss to Tape Edge Automatic Lubrication Taylor Return Conveyor System Included!
