Working dimensions: Width 3/4" to 12"; Thickness 1/2" to 2.9" and Length 12" to 16'0". Motor: Arbor motor 40 HP at 3,200 rpm; Arbor: 2-3/4" (70mm) with 12" saw sleeve. 12" blades with spacers for cutting dimensions. Full spacer set included: (8) .25mm, (10) .50mm, (18) 1mm, (4) 10mm,(4) 15mm, (3) 25mm, (2) 50mm. Full and partial pressure plate included. Chain: Closed link with feather board for short stock rips. Auto mechanical oiler for chain lubrication. Rear chain guard at outfeed. Serrated closed link dip chain provides glue line rip to 16’. 29-1/2” Passline with (6) Rows of upper hold down rollers. Brush on rear side of chain keeps debris out of critical points while ensuring even coverage of lubrication.(2) Blade position reference lugs for dimensional stock ripping included. Mechanical oiler is linked directly to chain for more dependable oil application. Feed: 2 HP TEFC motor; variable speed from 30-125 FPM; top and bottom antikickback fingers. One (1) laser and bracket included. Safety interlock on arbor door prevents operator access while blades are spinning and ensures power from being turned on while door is open. 2 Rows of anti kickback fingers for added operator protection. Bottom kickback fingers are integrated in the bed right before chain and hold downs for immediate rotection. Control panel conveniently located at front of machine. Operator has access to blade start/stop, feed start/stop, amp meter, emergency stop, power switch, upper assembly position buttons. Includes: Spacer set and set up tools. (2) 6" dust ports.
