The BS52 HDR is break through in traditional designs to improve the sanding process. Sanding is no longer a problem for manufacturing facilities. With the ability to sand pieces as small as 18" no other brush sander can compare. The first section has four counter rotating sanding hubs traveling across the working piece breaking all the edges on the long sides of the door evenly. The second station offers two rows of stationary cup heads that sand the raised rails on cabinet doors while simultaneously sanding lower profiles of the panel. The third and final station of the BS52-HDR offers two counter rotating linear sanding heads. Hitting the leading and trailing edge leaving a consistent overall finish. |
