Used Doucet Sorting and Nesting Line. First step ( from end matcher to front of sorters.) - One belt conveyor 5 wide by 4 long solid belt with guide ribs. - One belt conveyor 5 wide by 8 long. - Two belt conveyors 5 wide by 10 long. - One belt of 12 wide by 15 long. - One belt of 12 wide by 24 long. - One belt of 12 wide by 50 long with a pneumatic activated deviator. Second step , bundle handling system. - Five stacking tables 12" wide with individual pneumatic fence manually activated by a foot switch. The operation consists of stacking a series of boards of various length but same width into a unifor bundle to meet the square footage requested. Each station includes a belt transfer unit built of a series of Abasit belts spaced at 6'' on 8' wide. Each bundle is transfer to a 12 wide roller conveyor and carry up to another transfer belts unit. - One transfer units 8 wide by 10 long, use as a buffer area prior to strapping process. - One 12 wide non-motorized roller conveyor were strapping machines operators push by hands the bundle through the strapping machine. - One 10 long by 12 wide non-motorized roller conveyor place at the end of wrapping machine.
